If you’re not happy with your order, you can send it back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. No hoops, no hard feelings.

To keep things fair and simple, here is the breakdown of how we handle returns:

Feature Policy Details
Standard Returns Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Faulty Products If it's broken or faulty, you’re covered for 3 months from the delivery date.
Subscription Orders Your first order is covered by our 60 day guarantee. Subsequent orders are only returnable if faulty or damaged.
Refund Processing Once received and checked, funds hit your account within 5–10 business days.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email Us: Shoot a message to hello@larrikinsupply.com.au with your order number and a quick note on why it’s coming back.

  2. Pack It Up: Include a note inside the package with your full name, email, and order number so we know who to pay!

  3. Post It: Send your gear to our HQ:

Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: You’ll need to cover the postage to get the gear back to us. If we provide a label, the cost will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Faulty Items: If the product is actually a dud, we’ll refund your reasonable, documented postage costs. Just make sure to keep your receipt from the post office!
