1. The Gist

This website is run by Larrikin Supply Co. (that's "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site, buying our gear, or just having a browse, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

If you're not on board with these terms, you probably shouldn't be using the site. Simple as that.

2. General Conditions

We sell to good people. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. (Basically, don't be a pain, and it'll never be an issue).

3. Our Products & Prices

We've done our best to show our products as they are. Sometimes colours on a screen can look a bit different, but our soaps look and smell top-notch in person.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

Prices might change, but what you see at checkout is what you pay. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or discontinue a product at any time.

4. The "No Medical Claims" Bit (This is Important)

Our products are for getting you clean and feeling great. They are not medical products.

We make no claims that our soaps can "cure," "treat," or "prevent" any medical condition like eczema or acne. They're designed to cleanse, smell good, and help with things like the appearance of oily skin, but they are not medicine.

If you have a serious skin condition, please see a doctor or dermatologist.

5. Billing and Order Info

You promise that all the info you give us when you order (name, email, shipping address) is current, complete, and accurate. If your details are dodgy, we can't get you your stuff.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if something seems off (like a reseller trying to buy 500 bars at once) or if we're out of stock.

5. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

We offer our soap on a subscription basis (e.g., "Auto-Ship") so you can set and forget, ensuring you never run out.

  • The Agreement: By signing up for a subscription, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you selected (e.g., every 3 months). This charge will happen automatically without any further action from you.

  • You're in Control: This is not a lock-in contract. You are in full control. You can change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal on our website.

  • Cancellation: To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date. If you cancel after the payment has been processed, your cancellation will take effect from the next cycle.

  • Price Changes: If we ever need to change the price of our subscription products, we'll give you clear notice via email well before it happens, so you're never surprised.

  • Payment Issues: If your payment method fails, our system will pause your subscription, and we'll email you to update your details.

7. The "Don't Be a Muppet" Clause

This site is for good. You agree not to use it or any of our content for any illegal, sketchy, or harmful stuff.

Don't try to hack the site, steal customer info, upload viruses, or pass off our content as your own. Just use your common sense and don't be a pest.

8. Third-Party Links

Sometimes we might link to other sites (like an article we rate or a brand we're mates with). We're not responsible for what's on their site. Click-through at your own discretion - once you leave our patch, it's their rules.

9. User Content (Your Reviews)

If you send us a review, a photo, or an idea (and we hope you do), you're giving us the green light to use it. We can share it, post it, and use it for marketing without having to pay you for it (other than with our undying gratitude).

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep the site running smoothly, but we can't promise it'll be perfect 100% of the time. It's provided "as is".

To the maximum extent the law allows, Larrikin Supply Co. won't be liable for any damages that come from using our products or our site. As we said above, our products are not medical goods. Use them as directed (i.e., on your body, in the shower).

11. Governing Law

We're an Aussie company through and through. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If there's ever a serious dispute, it'll be handled in the courts of Victoria.

12. Changes to These Terms

Things change. We might update these terms from time to time. The latest, most current version will always be right here on this page. By continuing to use the site after we make changes, you're agreeing to the new rules.
